Our KitcheAid dishwasher was making a lot of noise while draining. Sam arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He cleared away a couple of pieces of broken glass in the drain and now the machine works beautifully (and quietly). Sam took the time to clean the baseboard of the machine. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and super-effective in fixing our problem.
