My shopping experience is considered above average in terms of items and features documented in details. However, I feel as though I was misled in regards to the state from 2modern.com:
Customer satisfaction is essential to us, so we extend a generous return policy to accommodate
your returns.
I found out no free return and I haven't had any response back from a representative of my return request after 24 hours.
