“I was ordering a glider/rocker for my neice and submitted the order before adjusting the shipping adddress, I immediately called and explained what happened, it was a Sunday, so I left a detailed message. First thing Monday morning I got an email that they were able to edit the order before it went to processing and it will now be delivered to my nieces home. I was very pleased, very good service.”
“I talked with a salesman before making the purchase to ensure I had a good understanding of the product (a music system) I was considering buying. The salesman was very, very helpful in his explanations.”
“They have great selection of pieces. I ordered 2 matching candle sconces. The first one arrived and looked great. The second one was originally back ordered 4 weeks but took 13 weeks for it to ship. Upon receiving the backordered item it was a different color finish and was told that if it was to be remade, it would still not match the first item. Kind of unfortunate.”
