“I placed my order on 19 Oct, it’s now 01 DEC no status. This is an anniversary gift, that I need by 05 Dec. I called no answer. Currently awaiting a response to email and voicemail left with customer service.”

I emailed customer service, received a personal response first thing Monday morning, and, a few days later, was delighted to learn the correct item had been delivered to the gift recipient.”
