The settings are a little finicky, and I expected a metal grinder (not a plastic one) for the price.

I hate them. Light is musch too brighjt...lights up the whole room! The bulb is notdimmable and one can't change the bulb. SO I suppose when the bulb goes , I have to buy a whole new lamp. i sent an e-mail to your support team, but they do not answer.

NOT NOTIFIED OF "BACK ORDER" UNTIL i CALLED ABOUT ORDER. TRIED TO CANCEL BECAUSE ORDER WAS TIME SENSITIVE--NOT PERMITTED. HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING SINCE--NOT SURE STATUS OF ORDER????

Hi. I ordered try black color of my thermos, which got swapped for soft black during checkout and I emailed immediately support that I will wait for until true black will become available. No reply from all the emails I’ve been sending to them and just received soft black color. Maybe this review will make someone to respond.

I placed my order on 19 Oct, it’s now 01 DEC no status. This is an anniversary gift, that I need by 05 Dec. I called no answer. Currently awaiting a response to email and voicemail left with customer service.

I accidentally ordered an item in the wrong material (wood) and realized my mistake only after business hours on a Friday. I emailed customer service, received a personal response first thing Monday morning, and, a few days later, was delighted to learn the correct item had been delivered to the gift recipient.

The glasses that I bought for the holidays broke the first time they were used. Two of them actually broke. I have emailed Customer Service multiple times and not received a response. Very expensive items to break on first use. The wreath inside falls off, causing a major hazard. What if somebody got glass in their mouth?
