“Table arrived and was delivered ina a box at the front door. I’m fine with that for delivery but I don’t know why I had to sit home for a 2 hour window for them to just drop it off.
Needed to return bc table was not as described or shown online (divots in the top) and was told it would be a return shipping charge along w initial charge since it was sent free?! And a restock fee.
I got the shipping charge waived bc I drove it to the RESALE shop they send it to. But I had to pay several hundred dollars in return fees for a damaged table.”

“Pros: nice & big for a laptop, the lift mechanism is very sturdy, stylish
Cons: just 1, it has rubber "feet" which if sitting on wood floor helps for it not to topple over, I've got it on a rug, I practically have to lift it to move it, which means take off the laptop, then move it. Can't just lift everything otherwise the top starts lifting up. Can I remove those rubber feet, I didn't see any countersunk screws, I'm assuming it's being held by glue.”
“They have a good selection of items and I like the suggestions they give when you scroll down. By the way , it would be nice if you could improve how you save your favorites. I tried before, but it seems you can save them as long as you are not logged in. Once you log in, you lose all the items you selected as favorites. If this is not right, could you show me how to do it please?

“The product I ordered was delivered with what I considered a fabrication flaw. 2Mondern would not accept a return or replacement and was very poor at coorisponding with me. I felt your servcies was below expectaions and not equal to groups that sell similar products.”

“I came across your Namesake glider chair while searching for a chair that my son and daughter-in-law could use while visiting with my new grandson. I'd been working on creating a beautiful, comfortable, and convenient guest space for them. When the chair arrived, I was able to assemble it myself very quickly. I love it! The lines are simple and classic, the fabric is beautiful, and the chair is truly comfortable--perfect for sitting in while holding a baby or small child. I'm not a big fan of online shopping bc I prefer to see and touch what I'm considering purchasing, but this chair absolutely lived up to the photos and description.”
