“I was very disappointed to be told that shipping would be in 3-4 days and then after making payment being told that shipment would be in about a month. I considered canceling the order but instead waited for delivery. I received the batter bowl and it is a beautiful color. It does have 1 very small flaw in the finish but most disappointing are the ridges in the bottom inside of the bowl. It is not smooth as I would expect for using as a mixing/batter bowl. I may yet return it. I do like the look of it, but it may not actually be as useful as hoped.”

“Product is great, but the delivery time was way too long. Additionally, I ordered something to be replaced because it broke in the mail and they were out of stock.”
“I purchased a Christmas gift in mid-November with the ship date for the item being listed as December 6 (it was weeks later, but there was still plenty of time for the gift to arrive). Then the ship date shifted to December 20 (likely not getting it by Chrstimas), then to January 3 (forget about it being a Christmas gift). As an insult to the injury, I received an email from the company's founder praising the company and being proud that *all* purchases above $50 ship for free. My purchase was above $50, but I still had to pay shipping. Clearly that statement was not true. At that time I wished I could cancel the order and get the item from another store (which would arrive in time and be cheaper).
Lukily, the item did ship before Christmas and I was able to gift it as planned.”
“We ordered 2 sets of wine glasses but were only shipped one set. We provided pictures of the packaging and what we received and were told a second set would be shipped.
