Shopping was the easy part. The discouraging part was the minor damage to three of the bookcase shelves which wasn’t apparent before opening the package and inspecting the contents. The package was delivered standing on one end. I think it must have been handled throughout the handoff and shipping stages on its end as well. The damage was corner compaction of the shelves (the edges were smashed and damage was clearly visible prior to assembly) so clearly the support to prevent compaction wasn’t sufficient. It was minor however so I waved the white flag and just assembled the bookcase. The damage sites aren’t obvious because they present on the edge of the shelves. However, I know the damage is there and these shelves were priced at over $1,000. I acknowledge I could have pushed it and made a claim, but going thru the process of returning the 60lb shelves was such a hassle I just capitulated and kept the partially damaged product. I’m not feeling all that great about the whole ordeal.

Price showed $549 until I put the crib in my cart then the price went to $649.

I can't review the product because they still haven't delivered it. The delivery has been a nightmare with very minimal and poor customer service.

I was very disappointed to be told that shipping would be in 3-4 days and then after making payment being told that shipment would be in about a month. I considered canceling the order but instead waited for delivery. I received the batter bowl and it is a beautiful color. It does have 1 very small flaw in the finish but most disappointing are the ridges in the bottom inside of the bowl. It is not smooth as I would expect for using as a mixing/batter bowl. I may yet return it. I do like the look of it, but it may not actually be as useful as hoped.

Web site is terrible. Hard to use. Can't get to cart. I would have ordered another set but site was not cooperating. Unable to request wedding wrap or enclosure card either.

Box arrived busted open and wrapped with tape. One of the pieces of the chair does not snap in. Will have to call customer service hopefully to send another part.

I ordered and got confirmation. Then I got 2 more emails saying they declined due to fraudulent activity. But I needed to call so they wouldn’t cancel bi called twice. No answer left messages AND THEN GOT EMAIL SAYING THEY CANCELLED

Buying the item was fine. Getting the item, about 30 days later, and discovering it was a $170 piece of plastic that would be overpriced at $30, sucked hard. Finding out it came with zero mounting hardware was a pleasant addition. Will never buy anything from y’all again.

I waited six months for the arrival of my Marine Blue coat rack, the blue advertised as Marine Blue in the pictures is not the blue that you receive. I questioned it, contacted support, sent pictures. Beware of Marine Blue.

I signed up for promotional codes (10% off and $50 off $400 or more for your first order). I purchased a $500 chair and it wasn’t eligible for either promo. To me, this is not a great experience. What was the point of signing up for these? I would only purchase again for the right product.

I purchased a Christmas gift in mid-November with the ship date for the item being listed as December 6 (it was weeks later, but there was still plenty of time for the gift to arrive). Then the ship date shifted to December 20 (likely not getting it by Chrstimas), then to January 3 (forget about it being a Christmas gift). As an insult to the injury, I received an email from the company's founder praising the company and being proud that *all* purchases above $50 ship for free. My purchase was above $50, but I still had to pay shipping. Clearly that statement was not true. At that time I wished I could cancel the order and get the item from another store (which would arrive in time and be cheaper). Lukily, the item did ship before Christmas and I was able to gift it as planned.

We ordered 2 sets of wine glasses but were only shipped one set. We provided pictures of the packaging and what we received and were told a second set would be shipped. We called again and were told the glasses still had not shipped but would be sent. We paid for the glasses over a month ago and still don’t have them. Less than ideal shopping experience.
