Glasses were too big. I asked for a refund and was charged30% for restocking. Do not order from 2modern.

I waited all summer for the 2 lounge chairs, only to find out they are not at all what I expected and then I find out they are non-returnable. I actually thought they were the retro loungers from the 1970’s where the straps were soft plastic because the description did say they were plastic. I didn’t realize the entire chair was made of hard ugly plastic. They are truly hideous.

Table arrived and was delivered ina a box at the front door. I’m fine with that for delivery but I don’t know why I had to sit home for a 2 hour window for them to just drop it off. Needed to return bc table was not as described or shown online (divots in the top) and was told it would be a return shipping charge along w initial charge since it was sent free?! And a restock fee. I got the shipping charge waived bc I drove it to the RESALE shop they send it to. But I had to pay several hundred dollars in return fees for a damaged table.

The product I ordered was delivered with what I considered a fabrication flaw. 2Mondern would not accept a return or replacement and was very poor at coorisponding with me. I felt your servcies was below expectaions and not equal to groups that sell similar products.

Placed an order for an “in stock” item. No tracking. Called several days later and they reported they are to fulfill the order.

Paid higher then others thinking it would be better. Bought 2. One carafe had a bigger opening then the other. The rubber top was loose causing the wine to leak out when you invert the bottle to pour back in. Not good when you're paying twice the price!

They have great selection of pieces. I ordered 2 matching candle sconces. The first one arrived and looked great. The second one was originally back ordered 4 weeks but took 13 weeks for it to ship. Upon receiving the backordered item it was a different color finish and was told that if it was to be remade, it would still not match the first item. Kind of unfortunate.

Placed an order 4 months ago and still haven't recieved it, nothing but apology emails about how incompetent their company is... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, TOTAL SCAM

Item significantly delayed still have not received my table which I needed no later than May 30th. With a delivery date expected in early May it’s fair to say this has been a mess.

Very disappointment. I have already been charged for items that i have been waiting for for 3 weeks. I should not have been charged until the items were shipped. There still is no date provided for when the items will be back in stock

I placed a $500 order for some glassware and received a bizarre email afterwards with the title “Fraid A;ert” from 2BModern demanding a copy of my credit card statement or they would cancel my order (despite my bank having no issue and saying payment went through). When I called to see if this was a scam or even a real email from them, they claimed it was and because my billing and shipping are different (quite normal in this day and age), that they will not ship without proof of purchase (again, despite Chase assuring me it was fine and they received that 2BModern received funds with no problem). I offered to send an screenshot of my drivers license with my shipping address on it and they refused to accept that as “proof”. I finally asked to speak with a manager and alas, there wasn’t one around (big surprise). AVOID buying from this company unless you want a big headache. All of their products are available on different websites, who likely don’t give customers trying to give them business such a hard time. I regret trying to buy anything from them.

Their website experience is very poor. The transaction went through without me actually submitting my order! Somehow, a saved credit card was used. I immediately called and requested the transaction be cancelled. I spoke with someone who told me it would be cancelled. That didn’t happen. My credit card was charged. I have left two emails that have not been responded to. Furious!
