Terrible return policy, I was charged a restocking fee, shipping fee and label fee on an item that I exchanged for another.

Have no idea where my order is. Attempts to follow up with customer service and the shipper has been met with silence. Tracking info shows it being in Texas for 11 days! Very disappointing!

The website prominently states "Shop with Confidence: 30 Day Returns" - but this is very misleading. What they really mean, is if you want to return something, we will delay responding to you and charge you large fees to return the item. It is very disappointing! Do not buy from 2Modern unless you are 100% certain the item you are buying is exactly what you want and will fit your room.

Shipping was OK, but I received a defective teapot that did not heat all the way up to 130° as advertised. It heats to 94 degrees even after sitting there for an hour. I paid $135 for it. I emailed to initiate a return, but have not received a reply in several days. If nothing happens, I will initiate a charge back and send proof of the product not working. I am happy to update this review if things are rectified quickly.

I would love to write a review but this rug has still not arrived. Updates were to be delivered 3 days ago, then 2, then yesterday by 5. Today I see it’s still in another state and the shipper says the shipment is on hold. Really disappointing and I now have no idea when to expect it.

I ordered two Tool boxes made by Toyo in December. The first tool box took 60 days to get. So much for Christmas. I still haven't received the other tool box I ordered over 2 months ago. I paid 20% more than average for these boxes assuming they would arrive in a week or so since they were in stock as most other shops were out. Communication on this was poor.

the glasses above are what I ordered , so I thought, I know it said random. However the email showed the exact colors on ordering website. When I received the glasses I was quite disappointed as they are all dark colors and not what I paid almost two hindred dollars for. In addition , one of the glasses had a small. chip in it near the rim. I did call customer service to voice a compalint and kshe kept repeating that orders are random colors and I could send back but it would still be a random color order?? I will report to American Express as this is not satifactory business to customers. I was so careful unpacking the glasses and not in the best to be able to repack and send back. Be careful they charge you 15% restocking charges if you want to return what you had purchased and there is no exchange policy. Their customer service sucks too. I literally emailed and emailed and had to call to get info and then still didn’t get what I asked to be emailed for days.

One of the items that was shipped to me was chipped. I immediately emailed and got a response that they would review. No one has ever gotten back to me and I have now had to resort to my credit card company to dispute that portion of the charge. Very unprofessional!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had buying furniture. At the time of ordering, they indicated my sofa was in stock and ready to ship, only to then have it delayed not once but twice. Ultimately the couch arrived over 2 months later than represented. Then the delivery truck wouldn’t even wait for me to unpack the sofa to inspect it upon delivery. The couch is beautiful but that has nothing to do with 2 modern.

The paint fell off like a tiny dot. I've applied for an exchange on this. A few days have passed and I haven't received any response to it yet. Upon closer inspection, it looks like this is the junction of the watch and this part isn't finished exactly. On the other side, that part isn't smooth either. The little flaw in this beautiful watch breaks my heart.

Extremely funny that I got an email asking me to review the bed I purchased… I have yet to receive it. It says on the website it is in stock and ready to ship, fast-forward 3 to 4 weeks later and I still do not have it. I have placed multiple calls and emails with customer service, they were absolutely no help at all and did not expedite the delivery of my bed. Don’t order from this company.

I still have not received my order, my shipment has reportedly been cancelled, and I've tried three times to call 2modern (no one from customer services answers) and emailed twice to no avail. I want to cancel my order, but can't even do so because the entire customer service team seems to be MIA.

Shopping experience was fine. Delivery was fine Returns, terrible! Unfortunately the item was not right for my space. They do not offer a return label online you must call or email and request one. I have made 3 attempts to no avail. Therefore I can not recommend this site.
