“The shopping/purchasing experience itself was average. The site promised delivery within 1 to 2 days, but this was changed to 2 weeks as soon as the purchase was completed. Called customer support re delivery and staff was just as confused about this change, though very courteous. The product arrived as advertised, but with some damage to the surface of the wood. After customer support got involved, the experience improved immensely! Since then, I had the distinct pleasure of communicating with Rachel Wright from Customer Service, who responded in a timely manner and resolved all issues with efficiency and courtesy, the likes of which I have never before experienced from any other company. If not for the initial events at purchase (and the unexpected damage), this would have been a 5-star review!”

“Pros: nice & big for a laptop, the lift mechanism is very sturdy, stylish
Cons: just 1, it has rubber "feet" which if sitting on wood floor helps for it not to topple over, I've got it on a rug, I practically have to lift it to move it, which means take off the laptop, then move it. Can't just lift everything otherwise the top starts lifting up. Can I remove those rubber feet, I didn't see any countersunk screws, I'm assuming it's being held by glue.”

“Everything looks super cool and my style. My 1st purchase is this checkered blanket, which I LOVE checker. However , the blanket is not soft and I would not use it on my skin. I am bummed to say the least. I was hoping to curl up in something that was my style and comfort.”
