great product and easy online experience, but waiting up to 5 weeks for product delivery seems excessive.

The website was not functioning optimally; however, when I opted to place my order via telephone, the support I received was outstanding.

I'm happy with the 2Modern experience and absolutely love the product offering. Two suggestions for small improvements: on mobile, it's difficult to see the product images for items that are on sale because the 'sale' icon covers most of the image thumbnail. Second, I would appreciate clearer communication in email about how long sales last. For example, I received a discount code for Fermob recently but then when I tried to use it 2 weeks later it was no longer valid. The email with the code or the website didnt mention any expiration date.

Photos and item description perhaps could have been a little more detailed and complete, but the website was easy to browse and checkout and shipping were easy and fast.

Good selection of lighting and amount of spec information provided. Easy check out portal. Would buy from them again. Standard shipping took 7 days from order to delivery.

A great pendant light. Excellent design and a very comfortable light source, especially with a dimmer. But very disappointed it did not offer a white canopy and cord. That would have been terrific. Bill

The product descriptions are not the best, but I knew what I was hoping to find. If I were just browsing i don't think I would have "found" something, although the merchandise is very nice. I needed clarification regarding the item that I purchased. I called and left a message. A representative returned my call, provided the requested information, and I made the purchase online. He was helpful and professional.

I only had one small issue with my last order... when I placed the order back in January the shipping time was listed as 1-3 business days. I received an email 2 days later telling me I'd have to wait 6-8 weeks for the order to arrive. I was a bit upset by this but I had my eyes on this particular piece for almost a year already so an extra 2 months wouldn't make a difference anyway. Just wish I would have known upfront. Although I can see that the shipping information has since been updated. Otherwise, I had no issues whatsoever with my order. It arrived well-packaged.
