“Easy ordering, good communication as I waited for my order to be shipped. The delivery company communication was not good. The cross-country portion (Maersk) gave updates at the first 2 stops (FL and GA), then nothing until it arrived in AZ. Local delivery did not contact me, update showed out for delivery. Then later showed they scheduled a time with me to deliver the next day. Then customer service said they were supposed to schedule a time and noted in the system that they had (nope). Then it showed up an hour later. Worked out fine in the end, but not very professional.”
