From purchase date to delivery of the replacement dresser has been over 3 months, but the customer support I received from the representatives at 2Modern throughout the process has been top notch helping me navigate the refusal of the damaged dresser, offering alternative solutions, as well as the option to refund, if all didn't go as planned with the dresser I had ordered.”
