“Had some issues with the delivery company that was involved--they tried to show up unannounced when I was not home, and refused to leave the box without signature. Then came back a second time well after their scheduled 3 hour delivery window and plopped a damaged/open box in front of me (item inside was fine). 2Modern customer service was accessible and excellent, and Amelia sorted everything out for me.
