“I placed my order on 19 Oct, it’s now 01 DEC no status. This is an anniversary gift, that I need by 05 Dec. I called no answer. Currently awaiting a response to email and voicemail left with customer service.”
“The glasses that I bought for the holidays broke the first time they were used. Two of them actually broke. I have emailed Customer Service multiple times and not received a response. Very expensive items to break on first use. The wreath inside falls off, causing a major hazard. What if somebody got glass in their mouth?”

“Bad experience - 4 Waterford glasses arrived on time, but the decanter never shopped and I had to follow-up several times to find out it was back ordered until FEB. Not good communications. At least the refund was processed on a timely basis… won’t be using your device again, sadly.”

“I ordered a Soto console table on October 29. You said it would ship in seven days. Today is November 18 and I just called your delivery company and they don't even have it in their possession yet. I guess it's on a slow boat from China. Don't advertise one week shipping when you don't have it in your inventory and cannot tell when you will receive it!”

“I waited all summer for the 2 lounge chairs, only to find out they are not at all what I expected and then I find out they are non-returnable. I actually thought they were the retro loungers from the 1970’s where the straps were soft plastic because the description did say they were plastic. I didn’t realize the entire chair was made of hard ugly plastic. They are truly hideous.”

“Table arrived and was delivered ina a box at the front door. I’m fine with that for delivery but I don’t know why I had to sit home for a 2 hour window for them to just drop it off.
Needed to return bc table was not as described or shown online (divots in the top) and was told it would be a return shipping charge along w initial charge since it was sent free?! And a restock fee.
I got the shipping charge waived bc I drove it to the RESALE shop they send it to. But I had to pay several hundred dollars in return fees for a damaged table.”

“Paid higher then others thinking it would be better. Bought 2. One carafe had a bigger opening then the other. The rubber top was loose causing the wine to leak out when you invert the bottle to pour back in. Not good when you're paying twice the price!”
