well, I placed an order about 5 hours ago and I've already received two marketing emails (requesting a survey and a 'shop MORE' discount code), but I have not received a receipt form the company, only from paypal. I can't answer any more of these questions yet, but I'm not too optimistic about customer service coming from a human being... final question is No AS OF NOW I HAVE NOT EVEN GOTTEN SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND YOURE SENDING THIS SURVEY its annoying.
