The product descriptions are not the best, but I knew what I was hoping to find. If I were just browsing i don't think I would have "found" something, although the merchandise is very nice.
I needed clarification regarding the item that I purchased. I called and left a message. A representative returned my call, provided the requested information, and I made the purchase online. He was helpful and professional.
