May be premature since I've not yet received the lamp I just ordered, but so far it's been very easy and professional. The website works well (though I wish you carried more photos of the lamps turned on in a darkened space to see how the light is directed), and ordering was a breeze.
Finding your address, phone number etc was easy too, which gave me confidence in your business. There far too many sketchy internet sellers, so I appreciate your service. Thanks.
