The Web site experience was excellent and they have a wide selection of interesting pieces. The only improvement we would suggest is in the shipping communication and tracking. After a single purchase confirmation email, we never receieve any additional update emails or tracking information from 2Modern (although we did receive a few spam survey emails). I had to proactively call customer service (very helpful) to get any view on shipping status, and the boxes/pallete were pretty beat up when they did arrive, but everything inside was ok. With furniture this expensive, I would add the ability to email tracking information for subcontracted shipping services, contact info, estimated arrival dates, etc.
