After receiving my Tivoli radio I realized it was not Bluetooth. Wanting to return and replace with Bluetooth. I had to wait for authorization and had to pay $30 shipping to return plus minus shipping cost for the product. I will not order again for a company that makes it so hard to get a satisfactory results.
