I was a bit late for a rug I had been crazy about when it was on sale and the lovely salesperson understood and gave me the sale price nonetheless. Wow. It arrived way before the predicted date too. Wow. Twokindnesses in a row. I thank this company for its excellent customer connections - unusual these days.
