A ridiculous and bad experience. Waited over 4 months for a light, after numerous delays it arrived damaged, now are in very slow process to (I hope) return the item and be reimbursed—‘hope’ for as of yet we are still slogging through what should be a very simple return process. The customer service people have always been polite. But I will never buy a light again from 2modern.
