After ordering a Mens Mystery Box amongst other previous items, and washing them and the colours fading and the clothing destroyed, 304 Were quick to send out replacements.
However after ordering a Women's Mystery Box in Female Size Medium, some clothing came and was the wrong size and actually for a Male. Only one item came out of 6 in the package, that was what was ordered and that was a Ladies Hoody in Medium.
Tried returning using, what I can only describe as a unfit for pupose return Royal Mail system, and the QR code used to generate the Return label was nit recognised, which means that unless I have access to a printer, I can't send back unless it comes out of my own pocket, which no doubt 304 won't refund either.
They don't have a phone you can call, and if by any chance you manage to Get a call they call on a withheld number. They also say they are always on hand online to answer any queries, which I agree with, however they pick and choose when they want to be there most helpful. Its also very long winded and wastes so much time.
Now I am landed with £84.99 of clothing for my partner, that she now does not want, due to rudeness and lack of service from 304 itself, which I am not able to return.
Absolutely disgusting.
