Contacted several times, each time exactly the same answer that this one picked and and is printed but cannot give me any expectations/updates and do not go into anything substantive and still have not received any updates. “Placed an order which I did not receive. After multiple attempts to contact the company (to which they never responded) I had to resort to contacting my bank. Eventually I received part of my order well after Christmas (when it was intended to be gifted) after weeks of not knowing whether I would receive a refund or my money back only to be given 1 hoodie as by the time my order was sent to me, the other hoodie had completely sold out and had to give half a Christmas present at the end of January.”

“Unfortunately not a good experience. Ordered off you a few times and it’s been quick delivery with good communication. Had an issue where an item was out of stock after I ordered before but you sorted that out and made it up to me. I love the products but this time the lack of communication on what was happening with my order was very poor. No update in almost 3 weeks. Messaged twice but heard nothing. Eventually my items did come and I do like them but will not be ordering off 304 again.”

“I am very disappointed with 304 clothing. I placed an order early December and the parcel has still not arrived at DPD nominated shop. After many emails I got a few messages from them but no resolution. Customer service is none existent which is a pity as their clothing is of high quality. Even an email to the CEO went unanswered. Clearly the customer is not important!!!!!!!”

“Ordered a mystery hoody. Very poor quality compared to my original 304 hoody. You can tell by the tags it is a cheap hoody that has been printed on where as the proper hoody has proper tags inside. Not what it is advertised as by getting a random selection from the range which would of been a good way to get rid of old stock. Definitely misleading customers. Has put me off ordering again.”

“HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE- DO NOT ORDER ! I sent my tracksuit back due to sizing on the 31st of January and I have confirmation the parcel has been received back to them 2 days later. I have sent numerous emails and DM’s regarding my refund which I am get to receive. They say they will get back to you in 2 working days it has now been 2 and a half weeks and had NO communication.”
