Been nearly a month and still not received order ordered on 30th October and not even been despatched emailed on 13th to say having problems with there courier will send out asap then email over tracking number been 7 days and still no email

304 Clothing have been absolutely fanastic to shop with in my experience. I'd purchased from them a few years ago, and have been really impressed with the quality of the clothes and how well they have lasted. I recently was browsing their website again and quite a few things caught my eye. I decided to place another order and it was delivered on time. The size of the joggers were too big for me (my mistake) so I contacted the team to query how I could exchange it, and received a prompt response. The new size was shipped out to me very quickly. After I'd received my order, I had a small issue with one of my items and contacted the team to ask for support. Again, a very prompt response with instant action to resolve the issue. I must say, the clothing itself is top quality, but the customer service I'd received was outstanding. This has been the best customer service I've had, and I really look forward to shopping with you more in the near future.

This is beyond a joke now, I have email 3 times. Including emailing your CEO which was in your ‘write a review’ email. All I want is an exchange. I have send the item back on the 30th of July and still heard nothing? I need someone to contact me asap or refund me my money

Very bad company I still waiting for my refund. Instead they proposed 15%. I just want my refund £23.98 order number 133605. Don’t order anything with this company. There is always a mistake with size.

Do not ever order anything here. I have ordered 2 t shirts in march, 5 months ago (!) and still have not received it. Despite sending lots of emails I haven’t been helped a single time. Now I received an update from the custom clearance that it did not get trough and will Ben sent back to 304 in 6 (!) weeks. Thanks for your service 304!

My order took months to arrive. When it did finally arrive I never received what I ordered. I order a box that was supposed to have a hoodie a T-shirt and a pair of pants. I got three tshirts. Very upsetting paying that much money for tshirts.

I ordered a T- Shirt for my daughter and it arrived late. The size was not good for her and I contacted the company to xchange the item. Up to now no one has responded This is not great.

Order took over 2 months to arrive for 2 t-shirts. Emails were ignored and I had to open a case for a refund with my credit card company to get my money back. Won’t buy from this brand again.

Whilst the quality of clothing delivered (after 3 months from ordering) was good (and better than anticipated) my experience of 304 was awful. Numerous emails and numerous lie after lie until the emails started to bounce. I was amazed the order turned up. I appreciate the email recently received to say sorry however this was a little late as it doesn’t make up for a birthday present not being delivered on time.
