I'd purchased from them a few years ago, and have been really impressed with the quality of the clothes and how well they have lasted. I recently was browsing their website again and quite a few things caught my eye. I decided to place another order and it was delivered on time. The size of the joggers were too big for me (my mistake) so I contacted the team to query how I could exchange it, and received a prompt response. The new size was shipped out to me very quickly. After I'd received my order, I had a small issue with one of my items and contacted the team to ask for support. Again, a very prompt response with instant action to resolve the issue. I must say, the clothing itself is top quality, but the customer service I'd received was outstanding. This has been the best customer service I've had, and I really look forward to shopping with you more in the near future.
