I’ve bought several different items and am very happy with the quality and how quickly they arrived. However, the customer service needs some work. Once I returned an item as an exchange, due to it not fitting, and I heard nothing back. No replacement item or refund. I even chased up on it and nothing. This did make me very hesitant to return and I’m still hesitant for any potential purchases in the future.
