placed an order before black friday, after about a week with no email or anything about tracking number, i had to send an email on the 8th day to request the purchase to be cancelled, all the sudden i get a response the next day stating one of the items i purchased was out of stock, mind you this was only after i sent an email, i then decided to change one of my orders, this was after the black friday deal, when my order was received, i had to return the item i changed to as it didn’t fit for a refund only for the customer service to tell me that items bought on black friday deal does not qualify for refund but only voucher, the item i choose to replace what was out of stock was well after black friday deal, i sent an email to them and up u until now no response, been like 3-4 weeks now. Poor customer service, hardly or never respond to emails, the good thing is that i would never be coming back to buy anything from them (304) again, my advice to everyone is avoid if possible.
