I usually buy from the 304 men's section when it's on sale and always love the items I get!
Most recently I bought a bomber jacket but got really unlucky as it had a hole in the stitching when it arrived. I processed my refund that day and a few days later the support team replied to me and they were really helpful in putting my refund through!
