Very poor company, I would not recommend ordering anything from them! Both myself and my mum ordered t-shirts from here, to give as Christmas presents. The sizing information on the website is completely wrong, so when the t-shirts arrived, we realised that they wouldn't fit the recipients. We tried to return the t-shirts, but the returns portal on the website wasn't working. I emailed the company and was told that I should pay for tracked postage to return the items, but that the maximum they would refund for postage would be £2.99! Then, when the company received the returned items, they sent us an email saying that they would refund the money to us, minus a £2.99 'restocking fee', because we hadn't asked for an exchange! What kind of company charges a fee like that, it's completely ridiculous! Then we were told that the refund could take up to 14 working days, which is already a stupid amount of time for a refund. But it took 16 working days! So in summary, we ordered from this company in November and we've only just received our refunds! And the only reason I think we got the money back, is because I constantly emailed asking for updates. Unacceptable and disappointing, don't waste your time ordering from 304 Clothing!
