Nearly a month to dispatch items, which you have to chase, no response to emails, no updates on delays, can’t return items without paying for recorded mail, only partially refunded for that, still haven’t received a refund a 3 weeks later, I’m having to go through my bank, and you want to charge ME a £2.99 restocking fee?
Clothes terrible quality now anyway. Everything is done on the cheap… what the happened to this company? Once I get my money back I’m blocking you on all platforms
