Missing an item, took ages to get the missing one sent (it was for a birthday present) and there was no urgency about rectifying or apology!
Missing item came and it was not graphic item as it said it would be. Got told it was after a week of chasing a reply asking (4 weeks this whole thing took) even though the item received is not classed a graphic online!!
Really like the product but sh*t customer services means I won’t be ordering again.
