I adore the products themselves but was highly disappointed with the service. The incident occurred when my boyfriend ordered my Christmas presents early November and we didn’t receive them until late January after I had to send a number of critical emails until I got a response. This was really saddening as we love your clothes but are unlikely to buy again.
