I made an order on the 18th December (Order #20737) for a Christmas present, as your delivery stated that it would come in time for Christmas. This was not the case, and I did not receive the order until 9th January, after emailing and facebook messaging yourselves to find out where it was and if I would receive it, to which I had no response to. I am very disappointed with your service and how late I received my order. My boyfriend is a loyal customer of yours (he encouraged me to order off you), however; after this experience, I doubt that him or I will give you custom again.
