Having used 304 recently for the first time, my order was to say the least a little messed up, not only did I pay extra for next day delivery and it take a week to come, but it all arrived separately. I also requested to be sent tracking and updates as my order was taking ages to arrive, I did not receive one update. So I contacted 304 and requested an update to which they did respond very quickly to be fair, but my order had been sent back due to being damaged in transit, I had no update for this. Mollie the girl who dealt with my issues was very good and refunded my next day delivery charge, and true to her word I did get my order over the next couple of days. So I’d say the service was acceptable, and would have been poor had Mollie not have provided such good service to rectify the problem and quickly. Just a shame I had experience such untrustworthy service for the first time experience of using 304, and I will most definitely think twice about using 304 again.
