I ordered 3 NHS sweatshirts for gifts when they arrived there was a problem with one of them. I sent an email and had an appology immediately, i also received a replacement straight away. The service is excellent and the staff are very up beat just what we need at the moment. You are doing a great job supporting the NHS and working in difficult circumstances.
