It was really easy to order and, although I waited a while for my delivery, I got quick replies through the Facebook messenger channel.
I completely appreciate that it’s busy right now and getting a personal message back rather than a generic reply was lovely. It’s always nice to liaise with a person. Also loved the little NHS card with my name on it......304 are doing everything right in customer experience right now........Never lose the personal touch 👌🏼
