I have to return joggers and a lounge bra. So I, filled in a return form asking to change the sizes, also sent an email with a screenshot of the form to confirm that I need different sizes.
Paid for postage, and after a while received the order, was so happy until I opened it and saw that I got the same sizes again ha.
