I purchased some tickets for a visit to Kensington Palace which could be downloaded for use the same day. However, it was only after I completed the transaction that I got a message to say the tickets could take up to two hours to be delivered to my inbox. This would have been far too late for me to use them. 30 minutes later they hadn't arrived, so I phoned the customer helpline and explained the situation. The very helpful adviser checked my booking reference and was able to email me the tickets immediately. Overall a good experience and I saved a lot of money.
