Website was easy to use but I signed up for the news letter with 2 different email address over the course of 4 days and only received an activation email after I participated in a online chat on Sunday with an operator.
I am still waiting for the activation email for another email address I gave on Sunday and today is Tuesday.
Other than that it was OK.
