We had a family member pass away after a stay in a hospice which meant we could not use our tickets on the day they were brought for. After a quick call 365 cancelled our tickets & told us to call when things settled.
We have now rearranged our tickets & would like to thank 365 for making a very sad time easier & enabling my husband to still have his birthday present!
