The whole process of finding the required tickets was easy enough, but to tweak them to the desired sowing times I had to call the premium rate phoneline, which on two occasions I was kept on hold for over twenty minutes on each occasion, and ended up hanging up because I'm in no doubt that I was being charged at least 20p per minute so for 40mins waiting my two calls would end up costing £8!!! High price to pay for absolutely nothing!! Very disappointed!!
