Overall booking experience very good apart from transaction fee on debit card,first time I've ever been charged for using a debit card on a reasonable sized payment. Only gripe was still having to wait in queue at Drayton manor despite already having booked and obtained order form. Maybe they need to make a separate queue for on-line bookers.
