I was pleased to discover 365 Tickets where I purchased tickets for Madame Tussauds at 25% less than the regular price of £30 each. On the day we visited we were directed to the fast track queue as promised, and although we still had to wait 45 minutes for entry, those without tickets had to wait three hours - so we saved on time as well as money! I would definitely use 365 Tickets again. My only complaint is that I had a query before finalising my purchase, but did not receive a reply to my email. I also tried phoning them but the phone kept cutting off before it got answered. So, my experience could have been improved by better pre-sales service. Apart from that, I got everything I was promised.
