I gave an incorrect email address which I realised very quickly. I made a phone call on a Sunday morning and spoke to a very pleasant man, who assured me he would put it right and I would receive a confirmation of my ticket purchase shortly. I don't know if it was the fact that it was a Sunday but nothing came through that day. By late Monday morning still no communication so I used the on line chat, supposedly available but messaged came back busy. Another try and I was successful and my tickets were emailed through immediately
