I ordered three tickets for Disneyland Paris. I received an email to say that my order had been received but that "At this time your order could not be confirmed straight away. We'll be in touch as soon as confirmation details have been gained." Four days later I hadn't heard anything so I called them. The lady on the phone advised that they aren't sent immediately and usually a couple of weeks before I travel (I had put that I was travelling in April on the form). I thought this was ok but the lady took my reference number to check everything was fine. After a while on hold she told me the tickets I had purchased expired on 24th March. They didn't because I told her I didn't book the 3 for 2 tickets as I had checked the expiry date on that offer. Off she went and put me on hold. Then she claimed she had found the tickets (obviously she hadn't found them the first time!) and said they would be sent by email within the next couple of weeks. Funnily enough an hour later they appeared in my inbox. Obviously something had gone wrong with the sale and rather than admit that they tried to fob me off with nonsense. Not worth the hassle for a £20 saving, I'd buy direct next time.
