booked the tickets at 10 oclock in the morning... But I din´t get the confirmation mail until 2 pm. And I had planned to go the the event right away
i had to call the 365 ticket office to get the confimation mail right away If I didn´t get it I would have been "stocked" in the hotel for 4 hours..becase the event didn't accept mobile tickets.
My advice: Do not use this site If you need to use the tickets you've ordred the same day as you ordered
