I had trouble accessing the website to purchase my tickets so I rang the office, the lady took my details and said IT would Dort out the problem and if I try again in about 10 minutes it should be ok which I did but still couldn't access, so I spoke to a chap called Jonny on the online chat, minutes later I tried again and minutes later had bought and printed my tickets. Very helpful
