Although I printed tickets for Kew Gardens, on entry I was told it was not valid as a ticket as their bar code reader was not set to accept it. I then had to re-join the long queue and exchange my 365 ticket (which had the Kew Gardens logo on it) for their on tickets. I had purchased tickets in advance so save time, as we were on a limited stop over.
