Had availability on the day we wanted to visit Kensington Palace, gave me time to check trains and travel arrangements without timing out and even though I made a slight error, I phoned the number and my query was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use 365 tickets again. Looking forward to our day in London now!
