I purchased 3 TICKETS !!!! for Kensington Palace for 8th May 2017. After I had paid I found out these are NOT TICKETS but Vouchers. I have recently had a knee replacement and cant stand in a queue for long. The whole point of buying a Ticket is to gain entry. NOT to stand in a queue , which KP tell me can be at least 45mins - 1 hour to exchange Vouchers for Tickets, 365 should not advertise TICKETS when they are NOT Tickets and clearly state these are Vouchers. We are very disappointed in this service. I spoke on chat but was told I will have to exchange them for tickets and that " We cant say what KPalace do "
