A first-time user experience; after a problem with entering debit card information caused the transaction to fail, someone from the organisation later took the trouble to phone and explain that there would be no money taken from my account. This was very reassuring. It made me feel confident enough to try the process again; there was no problem this time. On top of that, a different organisation I had considered using was charging much more for the same tickets. Nice work, 365 Tickets!
