I bought a ticket for the next day and my order was not processed till the day I wanted to use it, making it very difficult to plan. I thought I was going to miss out on the tour. The other problem I had was because I was travelling I could not print the ticket out, I didn't have a fax, and it could not be posted to me. It would have been good to able to show an Eticket at the door on my mobile photo of proof of purchase.
