I found the site simple to understand ,very easy to pay, but a bit confusing when it came to printing out 'tickets' as it is just a voucher in exchange for tickets at the venue.I hope so anyway, but it wasn't as clear as it could be. I resisted making a call to check, hope it's all ok!!
