The system for getting the tickets was very efficient and subeseqent queries were very
quickly followed up.My only complaint is that in the description of the zoo, allied to your ticket purchase info. it mentions about being able to drive to and through various enclosures. There is no mention about the extra cost of taking a car around the zoo, which
we found to be very misleading.
