Purchasing the tickets were no problem, initially very concerned that we were asked for our credit card limit and OBIC (not sure) number on our credit card, actually googled to see if it was a scam website. All was ok but felt uneasy until we actually arrived and received our paper Ticket from the lady in the office. View was breath taking as expected, coffee service was shocking, cold coffee, warm chips and very slow. Arrived with the cold Coffee and the saucers were spilt with coffee, we had those replaced, then had a sip only to find Luke warm.
